Stage 5-Up to 50% Mandatory. Reduction. Definable events, including but not limited to AWSDA <br /> findings, lead to a firm conclusion that water supply is considerably inadequate to meet customers' water <br /> demands: and/or earlier stages have been in effect and the reduction goal is not being met.therefore <br /> further action is necessary to reduce water demand.
