Economic conditions including the need to pace <br />development of custom lots and the longer time frames involved <br />with each purchaser getting his own contractor and architect <br />makes a longer development period appropriate. <br /> <br /> E. The November 5, 1985 extension to the development <br />deferment agreement provid, ed that eight (8) sewer permits would <br />expire on November 16, 1986 and that the remaining nine (9) sewer <br /> <br />permits would expire on November 16, 1987. Four of the permits <br />scheduled to expire on November 16, 1986 have been used in <br />conjunction with the issuance of building permits. As of <br />November 14, 1986, there were thirteen (13) sewer permits <br />remaining unused. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises below <br />the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The time within which building permits can be obtained <br />for the remaining 13 lots by Developer without expiration of the <br />specified sewer permits shall be in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br /> <br />Number of Permits <br /> <br />Expiration Date <br /> <br />13 11/16/87 <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
