At City's sole discretion, Axis may be required to file with the City a Form 700 to identify <br /> and document Axis's economic interests, as defined and regulated by the California Fair <br /> Political Practices Commission. If Axis is required to file a Form 700, Axis is hereby <br /> advised to contact the Dublin City Clerk for the Form 700 and directions on how to prepare <br /> it. <br /> 10.8 Solicitation. Axis agrees not to solicit business at any meeting, focus group, or interview <br /> related to this Agreement, either orally or through any written materials. <br /> 10.9 Contract Administration. This Agreement shall be administered by the City Manager <br /> ("Contract Administrator"). All correspondence shall be directed to or through the Contract <br /> Administrator or his or her designee. <br /> 10.10 Notices. This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein as Exhibits A, B, and C represents the entire and integrated <br /> agreement between City and Axis and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, <br /> or agreements, either written or oral. <br /> Exhibit A Scope of Services <br /> Exhibit B Indemnification <br /> Exhibit C Reporting Requirements <br /> 10.12 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br /> shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> 10.13 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010.
