Find the proposed PUD Major Modification inconsistent with the goals, policies, and <br /> programs of the General Plan and the goals and strategies of the Climate Action Plan; <br /> and <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution recommending denial of PUD-89-06-08M, subject to the required <br /> findings; and <br /> 3. Forward the application to the City Council for consideration. <br />
