(a) a list of all permits issued by the City in connection with this License in the last calendar <br /> year; (b) a description of all construction authorized under such permits, which includes <br /> without limitation the total length of all communication lines, wires and cables; (c) the total <br /> length of all communication lines, wires and cables actually installed under such permits; <br /> and (d) a map that depicts the accurate location for all Equipment. In addition, on or before <br /> January 1st in each year after the Effective Date, Licensee shall submit a projected capital <br /> improvement forecast for its operations within the City's territorial and jurisdictional <br /> boundaries. The capital improvement forecast must include anticipated schedules for all <br /> new Equipment and repairs, replacements and modifications to existing Equipment to the <br /> extent feasible and with sufficient detail to allow the City to coordinate its own public <br /> improvements and other capital improvement projects by third parties. <br /> 28. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> 28.1. Notices <br /> Except as may be specifically provided otherwise in this License, all notices, demands or <br /> other correspondence required to be given in connection with or pursuant to this License <br /> must be written and delivered through (i) an established national courier service that <br /> maintains delivery records and confirmations; (ii) hand delivery; or (iii) certified or <br /> registered U.S. Mail with prepaid postage and return receipt requested, and addressed <br /> as follows: <br /> TO CITY: City Manager <br /> P.O.
