Pleasanton's maximum fees identified in the Nexus Study are <br /> 100% of the Dublin/Livermore average for Single Family development and 95% of the <br /> Dublin/Livermore average for multi-family development. However, total Development <br /> Impact Fees assuming maximum fee in the Nexus Study of the average for Dublin and <br /> Livermore for commercial land uses (Retail, Office and Industrial) range between 275% <br /> to 662%.
