Commissioner O'Connor stated that at the last email he got on regarding Lund Ranch, <br />he thought that the item was scheduled for the upcoming meeting. He inquired if the <br />date for that item has been firmed up. <br />Mr. Weinstein replied that the date is still a little dynamic. He explained that there are <br />just a lot of behind - the - scenes items happening in which he is only peripherally <br />involved. He stated that there is still an Affordable Housing Agreement that is being <br />negotiated; work is still being done on the Development Agreement; and there may be <br />another item as well. He indicated that it is tentatively scheduled for the June 10, 2015 <br />meeting at this point, but he would not be surprised if that were to change in the next <br />couple of weeks to be delayed a little bit further. <br />Mr. Weinstein then informed the Commission that the City Council has decided to <br />agendize a discussion of the East Pleasanton Specific Plan for next week's City Council <br />meeting, at which time the City Council will be deciding whether or not to continue with <br />the Plan. He indicated that the staff report will include different options. <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br />Commissioner Nagler noted that some of the Commission's decisions are appealed to <br />the City Council. He inquired if the Commission ever get reports back on the results of <br />these appealed items. <br />Mr. Weinstein replied that there is an Action of the City Council report that is included in <br />the Planning Commission packet as Item 8.b. <br />c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />No discussion was held or action taken. <br />d. Matters for Commission's Information <br />No discussion was held or action taken. <br />9.
