Owner owns a legal or equitable interest in real property commonly <br /> known as 1101 Sleepy Head Lane (the "Property") in the City of Pleasanton <br /> B. The City has granted to Owner Design Review approval (P16-0863) to <br /> construct one single family home (the "Project") <br /> C The single family home is being developed consistent with the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code and P16-0863 <br /> D City may enter into growth management agreements with project owners <br /> under the City's Growth Management Ordinance. <br /> E. City and Owner wish to enter into a growth management agreement in <br /> order to achieve the benefits of the Project to City and its residents and in accordance <br /> with the purposes of the City's Growth Management Ordinance <br /> NOS. \i, THE G-,EFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises expressed herein, <br /> City and Owner hereby agree as follows <br /> �. GRO TH iHANAGEIv ENT APPROV.41._ <br /> A. City hereby grants growth management approval to the Project for one <br /> (1) single family home in 2016.
