Lund Ranch II <br /> PROPOSED PUBLIC TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The proposed public trail improvements that are to be constructed by the Developer of Lund <br /> Ranch II are as follows: <br /> a. 3,565 lineal feet of Class B Trail <br /> b. 7,145 lineal feet of Class C Trail including a foot bridge over the seasonal <br /> drainage <br /> c. A staging area at the end of the extension of Lund Ranch Road <br /> d. Other improvements as may be required by the City as described in the <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br />
