Lowell, City Attorney <br />Subject: Revisions to Lund Ranch II Documents <br />Below are several corrections to the documents to be considered by the City Council pertaining to the <br />Lund Ranch II Project. These corrections are incorporated into Staff's recommendation. Also, <br />depending upon the Council's decision following the public hearing, additional minor modifications to <br />these documents may be required and will be handled administratively, unless determined by the City <br />Attorney that they necessitate reintroduction by the City Council. <br />1. In all documents the applicant's name should appear as GHC Lund Ranch, LLC. (Greenbriar <br />Home Communities, Inc. serves as its manager.) <br />2. The bullet points set forth under the heading of Findings of Fact, at page 3 of the CEQA <br />Findings of Fact and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Lund Ranch II <br />(PUD -25) Project, dated June 2015, and attached to the draft Resolution adopting the same and <br />labelled as Attachment 2 are amended to read: <br />s The Revised Draft Environmental Impact Report for Lund Ranch II PUD -25, 1500 Lund <br />Ranch Road, July 2014; Final Environmental Impact Report for Lund Ranch II PUD -25, January <br />2015; Mitigation Monitoring Program Plan for Lund Ranch II PUD -25, 1500 Lund Ranch Road, <br />June 2015; and all documents referenced in or relied upon by those documents. <br />• All prior and present information (including written evidence and testimony) presented to <br />the Planning Commission and City Council relating to the EIR, the approvals, and the Project. <br />• All prior and present information (including written evidence and testimony) presented to <br />the Planning Commission and City Council by the Project sponsor and consultants. <br />• All final applications, letters, testimony, exhibits, and presentations presented by the <br />Project sponsor and consultants to the City in connection with the Project. <br />• All final information (including written evidence and testimony) presented at any City <br />public hearing or City workshop related to the Project and the E1R. <br />• For documentary and information purposes, all City- adopted land use plans and <br />ordinances, including without limitation the General Plan, and ordinance, together with <br />environmental review documents, findings, mitigation monitoring programs and other <br />documentation relevant to planned growth in the area. <br />• All other documents composing the record pursuant to Public Resources Code section <br />21167.6(e). <br />
