Subject: FW: Lund Ranch Development Project
From: Richard Lee
Sent: Tuesday, November 17, 2015 10:58 AM
To: Mayor and City Council
Subject: Lund Ranch Development Project
To the City Council:
• Li.i.uta.:k\ A Omar icrrfa A L.
,,,rovid d to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
Date
//17/5
My family and 1 have enjoyed living in the Bridle Creek neighborhood of Pleasanton over the last decade, and are deeply concerned about the
environmental impacts to our neighborhood and to the adjoining Sycamore Heights neighborhood, as a result of theLund Ranch II
development, and the proposed access alternatives with regard to entry/egress roadways to it as stated in the EIR.
The specific concerns relate to the biological and geological impacts with any of the enumerated access alternatives requiring additional
grading on pristine hillside slopes exceeding 25% for construction of housing/roadside structures, particularly in light of the passage of
Measure PP. Thus, we are not supportive of any new development on our hillsides. Should this project move forward, however, the only
acceptable access scenario is the "No Project Alternative" (Scenario 1), which affords the least environmental impact in our view, which is
also identified as the "Environmentally Superior Alternative" in the EIR.
Regards,
Lee Family
750 Sycamore Creek Way
Pleasanton, CA 94566
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
