I continue to be dismayed that the council would even <br />consider approval for a plan that would violate the intent of proposition PP and build a road from the Lund Ranch II <br />project over a greater than 25% grade to connect to Sunset Creek Way. The intent of the voters that overwhelmingly <br />approved PP is clear and that was to stop building on our towns hillsides. <br />The environmentally - preferred option one (1) does not circumvent or challenge proposition PP and should be chosen. If <br />it cannot be then the entire project should be downsized to a compatible size for PP (10 units), or abandoned. <br />Stop trying to circumvent proposition PP and represent the people that voted for you. <br />Chris Markle <br />1 <br />
