Subject: FW: REJECT LUND RANCH II project as proposed - 50 unit development <br />SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL <br />Provided to the City Council <br />From: Saturday, , November After Distribution of Packet <br />Sent: Saturday, November 14, 2015 10:19 PM <br />To: Mayor and City Council <br />Subject: REJECT LUND RANCH II project as proposed - 50 unit development Date A-� /-'uj1 <br />Hello Pleasanton City Coucil Members, tO <br />Lund Ranch II project violates the voters approved measure PP in many ways: <br />1) Planning commission approval of city staffs recommendation to carve in to the steeply sloped hills <br />(exceeding 25% grade) to access the new 50 unit development in Plesanton Southeast hills. <br />2) Road construction will scar the scenic hillsides. <br />3) Project requires constructing retaining walls up at the culvert <br />4) Only exemption allowed by Measure PP is 10 units development and NOT 50 unit development <br />We urge the city council members to reject the proposal to build a 50 unit development. <br />We have lived in the city of Pleasanton since 1997 and we chose this city because we knew that the citizens <br />votes are respected here. I haven't seen a city council before this time determined to disregard a people <br />approved measure like Lund Ranch II project.
