Specifically,this letter certifies that the City of Pleasanton, as a member of the Bay Cities Joint Powers Insurance Authority(BCJPIA), a California risk sharing Joint Powers Agency,has: • (a) Casualty insurance through the Public Entity Property Insurance Program (PEPIP) for Pooled Property Coverage- Policy Form No. BCJPIA 2010-11 P (see enclosed Memorandum of Coverage); (b) Liability insurance through the BCJPIA Pooled Liability Program - Policy Form No. BCJPIA 2010-11 GL (see enclosed Memorandum of Coverage); and (c) Workers compensation insurance through the BCJPIA Pooled Workers' Compensation program - Policy Form No. BCJPIA 2010-11 WC (see enclosed Memorandum of Coverage). Accordingly, the City certifies that it has the insurance coverage (other than for earthquake damage) as required by the Agreement.
