The values <br /> shown in this document reflect the fee rates in effect at the time of publication and are subject to <br /> change without notification. Actual fee amounts are calculated by the Permit Center staff for <br /> every permit. The values shown in this document are for estimating purposes only. <br /> Plan Review fees are due at time of application submittal; building permit and impact fees are <br /> due at the time of permit issuance. Building Permit Fees are based upon the building permit fee <br /> schedule in effect at the time of permit application. Development Fees are based upon the <br /> applicable rate in effect at the time of payment at permit issuance, not appli Jation date and are <br /> only applicable on newly constructed buildings, additions or on a change o: use in an existing <br /> building. Pre-payment of building permit fees or impact fees before issuance s not permitted. <br /> Project valuation is the basis of all building permit and plan review fees. Alterations, Remodels <br /> and Tenant Improvements use the contract price for the work as the valuation, but new project <br /> valuation is determined from our valuation table. See a partial table below for a sample of some <br /> common project types.
