The fuel source.for the generators shah be natural gas, bio <br /> diesel, or the by product of an approved co-generation or <br /> combined-cycle facility; <br />b. The facilities shah use the best available control technolol02 to <br /> <br /> reduce air pollution; <br />The.facilities shah not create any ob[ectionable odors at anF <br />point outside of the proper.tV plane where the.facilities are <br />located; <br />The facilities shah not exceed a noise level offorty-five (45 dBA) <br />at any point on any residentially zoned property outside of the <br />property plane where the.facilities are located; and <br />On a site with.fuel cell.facilities, small electricity generator <br />facilities shah not be permitted unless the aggregate wattage of <br />the two facilities is less than one (1) megawatt.
