Deferred (Occasional) Loan Paymei. Jlicy <br /> Deferred loans do not require monthly payments; however, occasional payments may be made on this loan. A processing <br /> fee of $9.35 per payment will be charged by the loan servicing company. All payments hereunder will be made in lawful <br /> money of the United States of America either to the City of Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency, Finance Department, 123 <br /> Main Street, Pleasanton, CA 94566Holder "), or any other places as Holder may from time to time designate in writing. <br /> The current servicing company for this loan is Amerinational Community Services, 8121 E. Florence Avenue, Downey, CA <br /> 90240. Payment will be applied first toward unpaid interest with any remaining amount applied to the unpaid principal. <br /> Pre - Payment <br /> There will be no penalty for prepayment of the loan. <br /> Other: <br /> Presentment, demand, protest and notice are hereby expressly waived by the undersigned. Should payment hereof not be made when <br /> due, the undersigned further promises to pay all costs of collection, including, without limitations, attorney's fees, incurred by Holder in <br /> connection herewith. <br /> In case of default and non compliance of any of the terms of this loan hereto, the Borrower shall pay additional interest at the rate of <br /> seven (7) percent per annum on the unpaid principal for the noncompliance period. <br /> This Note is secured by a Deed of Trust executed by the Borrower in favor of the Holder, reference to which is hereby made for <br /> additional terms and conditions affecting this Note. This Note shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the State <br /> of California.
