Rodrigues, street work, 184 days 75.00 <br />Otto Schinkel, street work, 4g days 19.00 <br />Grand Total $123.00 <br />A recess was then ord red durinh which the finance committee examined the <br />Claims and the officer's Monthly Reports. <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT <br />F. C. Nevis, Superintendent of streets. <br />upon being again called to order Chairman Pickard of the Finance Committee <br />reported as having examined and approved Claims Nos. 131 to 153 inclusive, amou..ting <br />to ?481.93, and moved that, warrants be drawn in favor mf the respective claimants. <br />His motion was seconded by Trustee Bairos and carried by the following Vote; <br />Ayes; Trustees Pickard, Garatti, Bairos:;) Orloff and Bruce. <br />Noes; None <br />Absent; None. <br />rc,,,i i O Ear n -B4.4. r d further reported as having examined and approved the offices <br />monthly reports and they were ordered placed on file. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />j communication was received from the Western Pacific Railway company relative <br />to the placing of wig Wag signals at St. John, .St. I4iays streets and Bernal avenue <br />crossings. <br />A commwication was also r:ceived from the Southern 2acific Company rel?.?tive to <br />the placing of wig wag signals at street crossings. <br />The clerk was instructed to notify the Pacific Telephone Telegraph company <br />to replace a cettain pole on St'. John street, <br />lettr was received from County Engineer Posey relative to the fixing of <br />Main street in a satisfactory condition. <br />An application for permission to hold a dance in the I. D. E. S. Hal on the <br />night .of January 24th was received from the Revelers. The being no objection <br />the clerk was instructed to issue the permit as requested. <br />The following resolutions ;:ere then read: <br />Resolution No. loot <br />it.nesolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton that the Town <br />Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to draw warrants on the town <br />treasurer in favor of the persons named below for the amounts re.oectively set <br />opposite their names: <br />C. Graham, care fire apparatus 10.00 <br />Hugh Sinclair, engineer and sanitary inspector 125.00 <br />Dr. J. hal. Cope, health officer 10.00 <br />T. Davis, Recorder 10.00 <br />Mary Viada, janitor town hall 15.00 <br />C. A. Gale, attorney 25.00 <br />'4515.00 <br />The above resolution was adopted this 5th day of Dec mber, 1925 on motion of <br />Trustee Garatti, seconded by Trustee Orloff and the following vdte: <br />Ayes; Trustees Pickard, Garatti, Orloff, Bairos and Bruce. <br />Noes; None. <br />Absent: None. <br />Resolution No. 1003 <br />C. Letham, Town Clerk. <br />Whereas the 48th insyallment of interest on water bond is now due and pay- <br />able, the amount being 4200.00; <br />Therefore Be it Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton that <br />the clerk be and he is herebu authorized and instructed to,draw a warrant on the <br />
