CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1749 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />STANDARD PACIFIC OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR A <br />MODIFICATION OF AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-11-3M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Standard Pacific of Northern California has applied for a modification of an <br />approved Planned unit Development to replace 146 clustered, single-family <br />detached homes with 143 "inter-locking", single-family detached dwellings on an <br />approximately 16.1-acre site located at the southeast comer of Stoneridge Drive <br />and Trevor Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR and MDR <br /> (Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) <br /> prepared for the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> proposed modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly notice public hearing was held on May 19, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed building designs are attractive and <br /> well-designed and the modification to the PUD plan is appropriate. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-91-11-3M, the application of Standard Pacific of Northern <br />California for a modification of an approved Planned Unit Development to replace <br />146 clustered, single-family detached homes with 143 "inter-locking", <br />single-family detached dwellings on an approximately 16.1-acre site located at the <br />southeast comer of Stoneridge Drive and Trevor Parkway, subject to the <br />conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> <br />reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
