ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />OAK TREE FARM <br />LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT, 1994 -1 <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />Jack Young, Engineer of Work for the Oak Tree Farm <br />Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District. 1994 -1, City of <br />Pleasanton. Alameda County, California, makes this report, <br />as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22385 <br />of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting <br />Act of 1972). <br />The improvements which are the subject of this report are <br />briefly described as the following: <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped <br />areas, open space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire <br />breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irri- <br />gation systems, trees in the open space and designated land- <br />scaped areas, and the furnishing of water and power for ir- <br />rigation systems, together with all appurtenant and <br />incidental expenses within Tract 6563, and parcels B and C <br />of Parcel Map 6259, City of Pleasanton. <br />This report consists of six parts,' as follows: <br />PART A: Plans and specifications for the improvements are <br />filed with the City Clerk. Although separately bound, the <br />plans and specifications are a part of this report and are <br />included in it by reference. <br />PART B: An estimate of the cost of the improvement. <br />PART C: An assessment of the estimated cost of the improve- <br />ment cn each benefited parcel of land within the assessment <br />district. <br />PART D: A statement of the method by which the undersigned <br />has determined the amount rroposed to be assessed against <br />each parcel. <br />
