CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-19 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5037, HEATHER HILL, ROMEO DEVELOPMENT <br />COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5037, Heather Hill, Romeo Development <br />Company have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of January 25, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision mad and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 5037, Heather Hill, Romeo Development <br /> Company are hereby aDproved and accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br />execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4037, <br />Heather Hill, Romeo Development Company, a copy <br />of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> y Doris George, <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Marcer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FOP~: <br />Peter D. ~ac~o~nald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
