1 <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 17, 2009 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Hosterman called the special meeting to order at the hour of 6:35 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br />PUBLIC COMMENT -None <br />The meeting adjourned to Closed Session for the following: <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION pursuant to <br />Government Code §54956.9(b): Two cases <br />a. Significant exposure to litigation arising from the pending application filed with the City <br />concerning the conversion of the Vineyard Villa Mobilehome Park to "residential ownership" <br />b.
