1 <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 17, 2009 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Cook-Kallio <br />led in the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />Mayor Hosterman asked to move Item 11 to the top of the agenda in light of the number of <br />children attending the hearing. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Administrative Services <br />Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1986 repealing Chapter 1.10, <br />Sections 1.10.010 through 1.10.060 of Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding Conflict of <br />Interest Code <br />City Manager <br />2. Accepted Commissioner Absences Report for the period July 1 through December 31, <br />2008 <br />3. Re-appointed Pleasanton Representative Edgar Centeno to the Alameda County Mosquito <br />Abatement District to a term ending December 31, 2010 <br />Community Development <br />4. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />5. Accepted public improvements performed by JFC Construction Inc. for Alviso Adobe <br />Community Park, CIP No. 987025; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion, <br />payment of retention in the amount of $116,187.25, and transfer of the project balance in <br />the amount of $77,601.48 to the Capital Improvement Program Reserve fund <br />Finance <br />6. Adopted Resolution No. 09-262 finding that certain development impact fees (A61600 <br />and S61693) collected from developers are unexpended after five years but the funds are <br />committed to particular projects <br />
