MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 3, 2009 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Thorne led in <br />the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />City Manager Nelson Fialho noted that Item 8 has been continued to March 3, 2009. <br />Mr. Fialho also advised the Council of a memo pertaining to Item 2 revised list of designated <br />positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests to include the Human Services <br />Commission, Housing Commission, Civic Arts Commission, and Library Commission. <br />Councilmember McGovern requested continuance of Item 11; Public Hearing Item PAP-131 <br />(PCUP-224). <br />Mayor Hosterman stated that Item 11 would be continued to February 17, 2009. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Administrative Services <br />1. Approved regular meeting minutes of January 6, 2009 <br />2. Adopted Resolution No. 09-261 adopting an amended Conflict of Interest Code and <br />revised list of designated position required to file Statements of Economic Interests, and <br />introduced Ordinance No. 1986 repealing Chapter 1.10 of Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />Community Development <br />3. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />4. Accepted public improvements performed by D&D Pipelines, Inc. for Annual Water <br />Replacement, CIP No. 071028; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion, the <br />payment of retention in the amount of $6,434.50 and the transfer of $19,511 from subject <br />project to CIP No. 081028, Annual Water Replacement Project <br />Finance <br />5. Accepted transmittal of Audit of Financial Transactions for the year ending June 30, 2008 <br />6. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for December 2008 <br />
