Acceptance of public improvements for Tract 7255, Augustin Knolls (Greenbriar Homes) and <br />acceptance of funds in lieu of certain roadway improvements <br />4. Approve a consultant agreement with AMS Consulting in the amount of $42,380 to conduct a <br />pavement condition survey for the City's Pavement Management System, CIP 085021 <br />5. Approve a professional services agreement with Jerry Iserson for consulting services for the <br />preparation of a planned unit development modification, revised development plan, and <br />related work for Hacienda Business Park <br />6.
