Authorize payment of the retention (5%) in the amount of $17,532 to McNabb
Construction, Inc., 30 days after filing the Notice of Completion.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT
Construction of this project was funded from the Park CIP in the amount of $440,377
and from donations totaling $22,000 from the Friends of Gingerbread (FOG), for a total
project funding of $462,377. The original construction contract with McNabb
Construction was $323,806. Change orders totaling $19,334 were issued, bringing the
total construction contract amount to $343,140.
