PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 979 <br />WHEREAS, a review of the conditional use permit issued to <br />Mrs. Norma Hellinga to conduct a day care center <br />for five pre-school age children between the hours <br />of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, in an R-1 District, subject <br />to the standards as defined under Article 19, "Home <br />Occupations" of Zoning Ordinance No. 520, at her <br />home at 7637 Driftwood Way, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-68-5 be approved for an addi- <br />tional year to expire January 14, 1971, and subject <br />to the conditions noted in Article 19, "Home Occu- <br />pations," of Zoning Ordinance No. 520. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of January, 1970, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Antonini, Gibbs, Pereira <br />and Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Garrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: January 14, <br />1:~~ ~--, <br />C `~_~ ~- 2- _ - -- - -- <br />Gene Pons, Vice Chairman <br />
