PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 991 A resolution of the Planning Coa~ission of the City of Pleasanton granting Zoning Permit Z-69-11 to Morrison Homes subject to certain conditions: the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered Zoning Permit Z-69-11 filed by Morrison Homes fora permit in the RM-25 District for the following: To allow the construction of a 72-unit garden apartment complex at the northeast corner of Black Avenue and Hopyard Road. said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents, and finds that under the circumstances of this particular case, the use applied for will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing in or working in the neighborhood of said proposed use. Further, that said use will not be detrimental or injurious to property or improvements in the neighbor- hood, nor will said use be inimical to the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council a one- year extension of said zoning permit subject to the following conditions: 1. That the applicant shall comply with the final submittal as defined under the P.U.D. District adopted in Zoning Ordinance No. 520. 2. That the proposed two-story unit to be located immediately adjacent to the intersection of Black Avenue and Hopyard Road should be moved to an alternate location within the complex and a single-story unit inserted in its place.
