PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 995 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to City Council the granting of <br />PUD Amendment No. 70-1, filed by Mackay Homes. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered PUD Amendment No. 70-1 filed by Mackay Homes <br />to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520, for that property <br />generally located south of the neighborhood shopping <br />center and fronting on Valley Avenue, or that property <br />as defined qn the revised tentative map labeled <br />Exhibit A, said property containing more or less <br />4.0 acres. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents and finds that the following conditions <br />do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton do hereby recommend to City Council the <br />approval of said PUD amendment for Tentative Tract <br />Map X3165 as petitioned, and as noted in Exhibit A. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 11th day of March, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Aatonini, Gibbs, Pereira, <br />Pons and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: March 11, 1970 <br />Attest: ,.-~ f.. _ <br />,..y ~~ <br />R cardo J.
