PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 501 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Schulte - Blackwell Developmen <br />Company, for a Zoning Permit with Planned Unit <br />Development Approval, for the area of Tract No. <br />2814, Highland Oaks, Unit No. 2, as approved <br />by the Alameda County Planning Commission, has <br />come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application for Zoning Permit <br />be approved as Planned Unit Development in accord- <br />ance with Tentative Map for Tract 2814 with the <br />stipulation that it cannot become effective until <br />it becomes part of the City and when it is rezoned. <br />Dated: January 12, 1966 <br />Ph lip don, Chairman <br />James M.
