PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 503 <br />WHEREAS, the application for approval of Tentative Sub- <br />division Map for Tract No. 2814, Highland Oaks, <br />has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Tentative Map be approved <br />subject to conditions set forth in the report to <br />the City Council, dated March 26, 1965, subject <br />Tract 2724; omitting condition 1.(d); and adding <br />Condition 11, which is: This development will be <br />subject to the payment of in -lieu fees that might <br />be required by any park land dedication ordinance <br />enacted by the Council prior to the time of approval <br />of the Final Map.
