WHEREAS, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 510 <br />the application of the Alameda County Flood Control <br />and Water Conservation District, 224 West Winton <br />Avenue, Hayward, for a Variance from Section 4.500, <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to construct a water <br />pumping station with reduced area and yard require- <br />ments on a parcel of property located on the east <br />side of Santa Rita Road, immediately north of the <br />Southern Pacific San Ramon Branch Line, in an A- <br />District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved. <br />Dated: February 9, 1966 <br />ATTEST: <br />J:ies .
