PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 516 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Northern Neon Signs, 315 <br />Washington Street, Hayward, for a Conditional <br />Use Permit in order to replace an existing non- <br />conforming sign located at 288 Main Street, in <br />a C -0 District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved with <br />the condition that the old sign be removed. <br />Dated: February 23, 1966 <br />Philip . don, chairman <br />
