RESOLVED: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 378 <br />The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission hereby <br />recommends that the Alameda County Planning Commission <br />act favorably with regard to the request of Schulte - <br />Blackwell Development Co. for rezoning from A -2 <br />(General Agriculture) to R -1 -B -5 (6200 sq.ft.) and <br />R -1 -B -5 (7000 sq.ft.) approximately 110 acres <br />located east of Foothill Road between Bernal Avenue <br />and U.S. Highway 50, and notes that the density <br />conforms with the new proposed City of Pleasanton <br />General Plan. <br />January 13, 1965 <br />ATTEST: <br />James M. =le =, Jr. Secretary <br />Ph p Landon, Chairman <br />
