1 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 383 <br />•, <br />WHEREAS, the application of William Marsh, Castlewood Country Club, for <br />a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape <br />Approval, in order to add eight multiple dwelling units to an existing <br />eight units located at 4141 Vineyard Avenue, in an RG -15 District, has <br />come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above Zoning Permit be approved with the following <br />conditions: • <br />1. Architecture shall match existing units. <br />2. A grading and drainage plan shall be submitted for <br />approval of the City Engineer prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />3. Parking areas and access shall be paved to City standards. <br />4. Driveway shall be reduced to 10 ft. with additional <br />landscaped area as shown in red on site plan. <br />5.
