PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 384 <br />WHEREAS, the application of J. Jack Bras, 4377 First Street, for a Zoning <br />Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval, in <br />order to construct a veterinary clinic at 273 Spring Street, in a C•C <br />District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above Zoning Permit be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The existing house be removed in one year. Use of said <br />house to be allowed on an interim basis subject to re- <br />quirements of City Engineer and Building Code. <br />2. All existing trees and as much other landscaping as <br />possf ble shall be preserved. <br />3. Parking areas shall be properly graded to drain and <br />shall be paved to City standards. Provision shall be <br />made to take the drainage water through the curbs in a <br />manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. <br />4. The existing driveway approach shall be replaced with a <br />20 ft. wide entrance constructed to City standards. <br />5.
