PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 385 <br />WHEREAS, the request of Rainier Construction Co., 6000 Telegraph Avenue, <br />Oakland, for an extension of time to November 27, 1965, for <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 64 -16 issued September 9, 1964, (warranty <br />trailer, Black Avenue), has come before this Coomission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above Conditional Use Permit be extended to November 27, <br />1965, subject to conditions from former permit, namely: <br />1. Access to Black Avenue shall be controlled to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, in order to reduce <br />traffic hazards. <br />2.
