CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 200 <br />WHEREAS, application has been made under Article 19, Ordinance No. 309, <br />by Mr. George R. Dotson, 21876 Main Street, Hayward, for a <br />Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval, in order to <br />construct a 52 -unit multiple dwelling on property located on the south <br />side of Vineyard Avenue, east of Adams Court, in an RG -25 District, has <br />come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />approve said application for Zoning Permit, with Site Plan <br />and Architectural Approval, with the following conditions attached thereto: <br />1. On -site sanitary sewage and storm drainage facilities be <br />installed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />2. Improvements in the public right -of -way, including street, <br />curb, gutters, driveways, sanitary sewer, water and drain- <br />age facilities, be installed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br />3. A row of evergreen trees be planted along the western and <br />southern boundaries of the site. <br />4.
