CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING CC VIISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 205 <br />WHEREAS, Annexation No. 21, Foothill Annex "B ", has been completed and <br />this area is now within the jurisdiction of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of Ordinance No. 309 regarding the assignment <br />of zoning designations to newly annexed areas have been complied <br />with by application of the City Planning Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City <br />Council that Ordinance No. 309 be amended to provide the fol- <br />lowing zoning to the areas involved: <br />1. Western Pacific Railroad Co. property: I -P; <br />2. City of San Francisco property: I -P; <br />3. Castlewood Enterprises property: Planned Unit Development; <br />C -C, 4.3 acres; C -N, 9.5 acres; C -0, 4.2 acres; RG -25, <br />17 acres; <br />4.
