CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION N0. 209 <br />WHEREAS, application made by Mr. Dante Manfredini, 4563 Augustine Street, <br />for a Variance from Section 6.5 (side and rear yard requirements), <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to construct a rear dwelling under Section <br />16.500, Ordinance No. 309, at the above address, in an R -1 District, has <br />come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Variance is hereby granted subject to the following <br />condition: <br />a.
