PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 213, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 22.101 Of Ordinance No. 309, the City of <br />Pleasanton Planning Commission, on its own motion, proposed to <br />rezone that property bounded by Bernal Avenue, Harrison Avenue, West Angela <br />Street, and the Western Pacific Railroad right -of -way, from R -1 (Single - <br />Family Residential) to RG -15 (Residential Garden Apartment - -1500 Square <br />Foot Minimum per Dwelling Unit); and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission does find that: <br />1. Notice has been given as required by Section 22.104 of <br />Ordinance No. 309; <br />2. The proposed amendment conforms with the Pleasanton General <br />Plan; and <br />3. The public necessity and general welfare requires the proposed <br />change of district; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby recommend for approval by <br />the City Council the proposal of the Planning Commission for re- <br />zoning of the subject property as described above. <br />Dated: May 2, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />awes M.
