PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 214 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Duke Bonde, 524 Neal Street, for an amendment <br />to Ordinance No. 309, to rezone that property bounded by West Neal <br />Street, Railroad Avenue, Division Street and the Community Commercial Diet - <br />rict on Main Street, excepting the C -G District on the southwest corner of <br />Railroad Avenue and Division Street, from R -1 (Single- Family Residential) <br />to C -C (Community Commercial), has come before this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission does find that: <br />1. Notice has been given as required by Section 22,104 of <br />Ordinance No. 309; <br />2. The proposed amendment conforms with the Pleasanton General <br />Plan; and <br />3.
