PLANNING CO*IISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 215 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Presbyterian Community Church, 100 Neal <br />Street, for a Variance from Section 17.705(2), Ord. No. 309, <br />in order to allow installation of an announcement sign located less than <br />twelve feet from all street lines, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
