PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 216 <br />WHEREAS, Annexation No, 22, Pleasanton -Sunol Annex "B ", has been completed <br />and this area is now within the jurisdiction of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of Ordinance No, 309 regarding the assignment of <br />zoning designations to newly annexed areas have been complied <br />with by application of the City Planning Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City <br />Council that Ordinance No. 309 be amended to provide the follow- <br />ing zoning t� the area involved: <br />1. R -1 63.9 acres <br />2. A 30.6 acres <br />3. R-2 3.6 acres <br />4. RG-15 5.9 acres <br />5. RG -25 11.6 acres <br />6. C -N 9.4 acres <br />7. C -0 1.3 acres <br />8. C -T 1.0 acres <br />9. I -P 6.5 acres <br />10. Churches (R -1) 5,7 <br />11. School (R -1) 9.2 <br />12.
