PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 216 <br />WHEREAS, Annexation No, 22, Pleasanton -Sunol Annex "B ", has been completed <br />and this area is now within the jurisdiction of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of Ordinance No, 309 regarding the assignment of <br />zoning designations to newly annexed areas have been complied <br />with by application of the City Planning Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City <br />Council that Ordinance No. 309 be amended to provide the follow- <br />ing zoning t� the area involved: <br />1.
