PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 263 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Earl P. Rollar, 163 Neal St., for a Zoning <br />Permit in order to install an advertizing sign at the above <br />address in a C -C District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission does hereby grant the <br />above -named Zoning Permit with the following condition at- <br />tached thereto: <br />1.
