PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 264 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mrs. Anna Brown, 460 Division St., for a <br />Variance from Section 17.700, Ord. No. 309, in order to allow <br />installation of an illuminated 15 "x30" advertising sign on an 8-ft. pole <br />within the required front yard setback at the above location in an RG.15 <br />District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission does hereby grant said <br />Variance subject to the following condition: <br />1.
