PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 273 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on its own motion has considered <br />amendments to Articles 8 through 14, Ord. No. 309, in order <br />to provide for the mandatory installation of underground utilities <br />in all multiple residential and commercial zoning districts; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the <br />City Council amendment of the above -named articles by <br />adding to each article a section including the following <br />language: "Utilities shall be placed underground from <br />the nearest existing utility pole in any District." <br />Dated: February 26, 1964 <br />ATTEST: <br />'James M. ales, Jr., cretary <br />Phillip Landon, Chairman <br />
