PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 283 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the First Baptist Church, 4100 First St., <br />for a Conditional Use Permit in order to use an existing <br />residential structure, located at 4141 Vineyard Ave., in an RG -15 <br />District, for religious educational purposes, has come before this <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The above -named Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Said Conditional Use Permit will be in effect <br />for five.yenrs from March 25, 1964. <br />b. Prior to actual use of the structure for religious <br />educational purposes, the off - street parking <br />arrangement must be approved by the City Engineer. <br />c.
