PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1945 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 4771 <br />FOR CHAMBERLAIN GROUP. <br />WHEREAS, the Chamberlain Group has applied for tentative map <br />approval of a 75 lot single-family residential sub- <br />division on a 65 acre parcel of land located between <br />Crellin Road and the City limit line at the end of <br />Arbor Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 15, 1981 the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing and received all pertinent documents <br />and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />approves Tentative Tract Map 4771 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report of 1/14/81 with the <br />following additions: <br />1. That the easement (Parcel E) be continued along <br />the eastern boundary, south to the Hansen property <br />and, <br />2. That a utility easement be granted from Court A <br />south to the Hansen property. <br />Section 2.
