PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1951 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-81-1, <br />THE APPLICATION OF JACK AND JIM LAVEY. <br />WHEREAS, Jack and James Lavey have applied to rezone the <br />approximately 10,000 sq. ft. site containing an <br />existing commercial structure and located at 4183 <br />First Street from C-S (Commercial Services) District <br />to the C-C (Central Commercial) District or to any <br />other zoning district consistent with the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 17, 1981 at which <br />time all pertinent documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of case <br />RZ-81-1, the application of Jack and James Lavey to <br />rezone their property at 4183 First Street from the C-S <br />(Commercial Services) District to the C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District because it was felt that the small <br />businesses in the community should be supported and the <br />C-C (Central Commercial) District is in conformance with <br />the General Plan. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 17th day of February 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: February 17, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ro ert J.
